Happy New Year
everyone! We thought it would be a good idea to let you know all the
exciting things that will be happening at Angel Walk this year.
As always, Angel Walk takes place on Children's Day and on the morning
of Sunday 2 March 2014 we will be walking (or cycling) around the
beautiful Te Ara Tahuna estuary walkway in Orewa. After the
walk everyone is invited to the Family
Funday at Western Reserve.
The walk is always heaps of fun with lots of people dressing up, the themes
are purple, rainbows, angels and butterflies. Start thinking about your
costume now as there are prizes for "Best Dressed Up" kids
and adults. If you need inspiration, take a look at the photos from
previous years, dust off your butterfly wings and feather
boas and let's have some fun!
This year at the Family Funday we have fantastic children's rides, fabulous
entertainment, great food stalls including home-baking and sushi plus
the best face painting for miles around. It's a great family day
out for a good cause so make sure you're there!
